Welcome aboard to Waves & Noble Properties. The Website is owned and operated by FSBO.global Group and it provides help to facilitate promotion and advertising of properties and services allowing parties (Private Property Owners, Project Managers, Property Developers, Surveyors, Lenders, Lawyer Firms, and Related Services Professionals) to list and promote their businesses. FSBO.global is not a real estate broker/agent and does not provide real estate brokerage services in connection with your property listings.

Permitted Use of the Website

Unless you are a Project Manager, Property Developer, Property Surveyor, Professional Lender, Lawyer Firm, or any other Related Service Professional, you agree to use the services for your own personal use, and any commercial use is limited to transactions done on your own behalf. The commercial use of professionals is limited to providing information to consumers via the Services or, where authorized, taking actions on behalf of a consumer clients. Without any limitation, lending professionals and institutions are prohibited from using information provided by Waves & Noble Properties through the Services in making any loan-related decisions. Waves & Noble Properties does not provide real estate brokerage services in connection of property listings. Waves & Noble Properties is not part of any sale, purchase, or exchange of properties. Waves & Noble Properties is not a real estate agent. Waves & Noble Properties does not sell, purchase, lease or rent, offer to lease or rent, or negotiate the lease of real property or otherwise assist in the lease of property or service an any contract made between the parties is solely between the buyer and the seller and Waves & Noble Properties is not part of this contract. The seller is responsible for the sale of products or services and for the claims arising in connection of the contract between the buyer and the seller.  By using Waves & Noble Properties`s websites you agree to be bound by the following terms of use, as updated from time to time (“Terms of Use”).

Access and Registration

You will have to Subscribe to a Membership Plan to list your properties on the Site (you are a “Seller”) or if you would like to browse homes for sale and use certain functionalities of the Site (“Buyer”). Everyone who registers on the site is a “Customer.” By registering on the site, you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. Your Account is not transferable, and use is limited to one household per Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. If you believe someone has accessed the Site using your user name and password without your authorization, e-mail us immediately at the address listed below. You agree to pay all fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and password (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may bill charges automatically to your credit card. All fees will be billed at the time you register (or as soon thereafter as fees or charges are incurred) and are non-refundable. As a Customer, you agree to provide us accurate and complete information, and to maintain it so that it is accurate and complete at all times. If any information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe so, we may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services.

Refunds in General

Under certain limited circumstances, we may refund the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price for Services you purchased. It is your responsibility to promptly inform us that you are cancelling a purchase in accordance with express terms of this Section. If you notify us of a cancellation within 24 hours of a purchase of a product or Services, we will void, reverse, or credit the charges. Refunds are not available more than 24 hours after purchase. We will not provide refunds for Technical Problems. You are not entitled to a refund on the grounds of a temporary service failure. You will not receive any refund for temporary technical problems with the site (including without limitation not being able to log in to your account or not being able to upload photos) that remove your property listing, change your property listing, or cause your property listing not to be displayed. You are not entitled to any refund based on a failure to view your property listing that is due to your or a Buyer’s computer’s or browser’s failure to meet minimum browser and operating system requirements of the Site. We will not provide refunds for Modifications to the Services. We reserve the right to modify the Services without notice to you. We will not provide refunds for Services Provided through an Affiliate Publisher or Third Party.

Third-Party Advertisements

The Site may include advertisements and links to third party sites. You should review any applicable terms or privacy policies of a third party site before using it or sharing information, because you may give the third party permission to use your information in ways we would not. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from third parties or their sites.

Information Accuracy and Liability

We do review the information provided by clients for the purpose of advertisement and inspect for completeness, however, we do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided, and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage through the use of this website. Use of the “websites” of Waves & Noble Properties is subject to Cyprus law. Use of this website is at your own risk. You take full responsibility for all risks or losses resulting from your downloading and/or use of or referring to or relying on information, products, services or materials provided on this website. You agree that Waves & Noble Properties, FSBO.global Group, their subsidiaries, Officers and Directors, Shareholders Employees and  Affiliates providing services to the are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use this website.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, each party agrees not to disclose Confidential Information of the other party without prior written consent. “Confidential Information” means any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information relating to the Terms or disclosed by one party (the “Disclosing Party”) to the other party (the “Receiving Party”) during the term including business, financial or technical information that is not disclosed in public materials or otherwise in the public domain through no fault of the Receiving Party, lawfully obtained by the Receiving Party from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality, lawfully known to the Receiving Party prior to disclosure by the Disclosing Party, independently developed by the Receiving Party or required or reasonably advised to be disclosed by law as long as the Receiving Party affords the Disclosing Party a reasonable opportunity to seek protective legal treatment of the Confidential Information. FSBO.global uses cookies to connect activity of clients on the Services with other information stored about clients in their account profile or their prior interactions on the Services to store their preferences. The use of cookies helps us improve the quality of the Services to them, by identifying information which is most interesting to them, tracking trends, measuring the effectiveness of advertising, or storing information they may want to retrieve on a regular basis, such as their favourite homes. At any time, they may adjust settings on their browser to refuse cookies according to the instructions related to their browser.
